X1650 pro Video card
Strengths: Good Price, and works good for what i needed it for.
Weakness: The fan is kinda noisy.
I bought this Card to build a htpc and it works great out of the box. I wished the fan was a bit quieter but for the price I can't complain to much. I might buy another one.

Ok price. Not good for gaming.
Strengths: Cheap, 512MB memory
Weakness: too much noisy fan, poor performance compared to NVidia similar cards
I got this card for cheap after rebate. If the rebate comes, price is good. Even with 512MB onboard RAM, the performance is poor. My Nvidia 6600GT performs better than this card. If you like to play more than 2-3 years old game, then this card will play. Forget about playing recent games with this card. Heatsink is too big and make too much noise. Catalyst control center need major improvement.

Decent Card for the money
Strengths: Can be found on the cheap
Weakness: Cannot run the newest games at high settings.
Currently running this with a q6600 with 4gb. I purchased it on the cheap since I'm waiting for the price to drop on a 3850. I haven't tested it much, been mostly running office apps and am still waiting to complete the installing of my software. Tried running Age of Empires III and it ran fine with high details.

Just what I need
Strengths: easy to install, cheap, do what I need it to do
Weakness: the CD that comes with it does not have the drivers for Vista. Have to find it on the internet
I bought this card for one main reason - to connect my computer to my TV which does not have a HDMI input. I connect it to the component input of the TV using the s-video to component adapter that comes with it and it does what I need it to do.

Strengths: lot of RAM, great picture quality
Weakness: 350W power supply
This is a great video card for Windows Vista. It has 512MB of RAM. The aero works great with this card. The only downside is that you need a 350W power supply or more to make it work.
