I really think this printer is awesome when printing on regular 8 1/2 x 11. I have major problems printing envelops, especially if I have to print more than one at a time.

HP 1600

Excellent results on text and images. When considering print capacity, laser cartridges are probably no more expensive that inkjet. If they are, quality makes up for any difference.

worth the price

for a printer priced at $299, it offers exceptional print quality. only draw back is expensive toner. when printing on thick paper select "hard paper" in the print settings....works for me.

Not a bad printer

If you can get past the tremendously expensive ink cartridges ($84 each on average), this is a good printer. The color is very high quality and crisp. Again, becasue of cartridge expense, we limit the use of this printer to only special printing needs in small quantities.
