I've had this printer for about a year, and while it prints quickly and legibly like most printers today, what's the point of having two drawers for paper when the printer doesn't recognize the second drawer? One is that when faxing there are sooooo many communication errors it is impossible sometimes to get things that I need and when they do the people on the other end have sent them through so many times that I get a stack of the same fax!!! the printer WF-3540 is a good printer that I enjoy using it regularly. However there is one problem I can't figure out. Any time I print something from my computer the printer always uses tray # 1 for the paper.
