Excellent Choice

Use solely for photo printing. Outstanding quality of prints, quicker and better quality than a competitor printer I have been using. Right out of the box, rendered a B/W print, 13x19 Canon paper, far better than I have ever had it printed before. Count me in as a fan.

Great Printer for Quality Results

Produces beautiful color photo prints once set up. Printing is a bit slow but for those not printing high volumes it's perfect. The footprint is large but it is, after all, a large format printer. Ink is expensive but this is pretty much par for the course with all printers.

Great printer great price (with rebate)

Great for printing photos from your computer or even your apple device via AirPrint. What's not to love a full featured printer for less that the cost of a set of ink after the rebate

Best value in pro level color printers

Outstanding print quality, better than the best lab prints. Drivers can process 16 bits per color files natively for smooth color gradients, other printers in class convert them to 8 bit. Very good USA based Canon technical support. Two minor negatives so far, 1) out of the box every thing installed perfectly for wired network connectivity but when updating software and firmware, it lost the...
