Your equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor). This limited service contract applies only the product(s) specified herein. Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only and related only to the components named and serial numbers recorded on original service contract. This service contract applies onlyif the equipment has not been misused, cracked, tampered with, cosmetically damaged, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Service contract does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user?s location, and it does not include non original manufacturer specification RAM, AC adapters, external hard drives, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system and other accessories. Mack Camera & Video Service is not responsible for software, including the operating system,third-party software, or reloading of software. (A fee will be applied for systems that require operating system restoration.) Unit must have a minimum of 90 day manufacturing warranty. This limited service contract is transferable for a $20.00

Strengths: Old & established company & easy to reach a representative.
Weakness: No 24 hrs support, No international support. Paperwork to be submitted every time.
No International coverage. Slow service & required copies or Warranty, Purchase receipt every time I lodged a complaint. Turnaround is very slow , but reliable. Battery, power cords not covered. They did replace twice my dvd burner and finally i sold my laptop. I did a digital image or purchase receipt, warranty and stored on email and sent them whenever i required a service
