I like the feel of the keys.
5 Star Review   By Genr8r on HP - May 8, 2013

The keyboard has a nice feeling when you tap the keys. It's like you know you made contact. I'm a hunt-and-peck typist and I feel very comfortable with this keyboard. The mouse is your typical mouse. The wireless functions seem to work well.

so simple!
5 Star Review   By craigknox on HP - Apr 27, 2013

This new wireless system couldn't be easier. Plug the reciever into a USB port and the keyboard and mouse work. No drivers, no discs, no fuss, they just work. At first the low profile of the keyboard keys was a little odd but now that I've had it a few days I love it. The tactile feel of the keys is very pleasing, since they are low profile they don't depress very far and have a nice solid feel as they are keyed. Nicely done.

Excellent Keyboard
5 Star Review   By Dave4322 on HP - Apr 26, 2013

The keyboard doesn't require deep compression of the keys which makes for faster typing. Setup was a snap. Just plugged in the usb receiver and both mouth keyboard and mouse worked without issues. Plan to plug usb receiver in to a front or top port on the computer. The rear ports I found to not get the best reception. Replaced older HP wireless keyboard that had letters beginning to wear off some of the keys. Very happy I made the purchase.

nice kit
5 Star Review   By ZipSquirt on HP - Mar 19, 2013

It's nice to have a wireless desktop kit that feels like it was built to last. The keyboard is especially brawny and the touch and feel of the keyboard is much better than the other brands I've owned in the past. I liked the kit so much I bought two more just for my friends because I got tired of hearing them complain about theirs. The signal transmission is quite a bit stronger and more reliable than the other brands as well. I recommend this product.

nice touch, good response, needs backlight
5 Star Review   By patwith3letters on HP - Feb 23, 2013

I've been buying the HP Elite keyboards and mice for years. This one is the best. Pros: --light weight --large, comfortable keys --excellet response --good grip on the mouse --better in every way than the previous Elite keyboard-mouse sets Con: --Could use a backlight. The laptop I bought has the feature, and I love it.

Not as good as a regular keyboard
3 Star Review   By Jackhut on HP - Feb 19, 2013

I find this keyboard to be somewhat non-responsive. I have to take care to make sure all the characters I pressed appear on the screen. The keyboard is very thin and the keys are only slightly raised above the keyboard making it difficult for me to keep my fingers on the "home row" when I type. Also, if you buy this product, take note that a wireless mouse comes with it. Don't make the same mistake I did and purchase a separate wireless mouse.

5 Star Review   By dcmcvg on HP - Jan 29, 2013

Wireless v2. elite works and sound great. I wish they wouldn't have place the power cord directly straight out the back so that you could place close to a monitor, etc.

Keyboard is great. Good feel to the keystrokes. The mouse is too big and very noisey but worked great.

Great, but no CAPS led
5 Star Review   By revolvet on HP - Dec 9, 2012

This is the best keyboard I have ever used. It is the combination between laptop keyboard and desktop keyboard. Form laptop view, its design is very sleek, yet durable. Only small pressure is required for typing. Like other desktop keyboard, it has full functionality, including dedicated numeric pad and more space between F4 and F5, and F8 and F9, which are good for gamer. After being plugged, both mouse and keyboard are immediately recognized by the computer. No lag issue is found. They also work perfectly on Mac OS. Windows button works as Command button. Multimedia keys also work on Mac OS. No additional set up. One downside is that there is no 'Caps Lock' LED. This usually annoys me, particularly when it is on during password input.

Great product
5 Star Review   By Jonnie68 on HP - Nov 28, 2012

This keyboard and mouse combo is great and at a good price. Started right up when plugged in. The flat design is very easy to use and makes typing a pleasure. There are several dedicated keys (web, video, etc) which area great feature. I would highly recommend this product.

Great Keyboard and Mouse
5 Star Review   By MichaelL on HP - Nov 12, 2012

Purchased this keyboard and mouse with desktop. Require very little setup, just plug the receiver in and it's good to go. The keyboard is very responsive and the feels great when typing. The mouse works fine with no delay. Simply love this product!

It's exactly the quality I expected from HP
5 Star Review   By LadyLovesComputers on HP - Jul 4, 2012

This wireless keyboard & mouse combination has the high quality and ease of setup I was looking for. The keyboard is small enough to take up minimal desk space yet is fully functional with all the bells & whistles. The "feel" of the keyboard is firm to the touch and very quiet -- no clattering sound when typing. The only non-positive comment I can come up with concerns the mouse. It is a tiny bit large for my hand; however, I realize HP must design to accommodate both male & female hands so this is an appropriate compromise. All in all, the set lives up to it's advertised quality. I'm very satisfied.

Works as advertised
5 Star Review   By ITGuyChicago on HP - Jun 8, 2012

Keyboard and mouse work as they should and there is no setup at all with Windows7. Just plug it in and go. You can even swap between computers.

Flat keys
4 Star Review   By TinkerNH on HP - May 19, 2012

I love the new design of this board. Flat keys work very well with long finger nails! also easier to clean and less nooks for stuff to drop in. Wireless keybd and mouse with shut off, has all my LIKES!

Nice Keyboard
5 Star Review   By 2dogs on HP - May 15, 2012

This keyboard is almost exactly like the one that came with my 23", all in one, touchscreen HP (which, BTW, I love). The only problem I have with the keyboard is the "q" key sticks and that may be because I have arthritis and can't put enought pressure on it. Although, I shouldn't have to press it that hard. I'm not sending it back for that. The mouse is just OK but it's the same one I had before so I'm used to it. It's very lightweight. I guess HP figures if you have a touchscreen computer, you're not going to use the mouse much. The fact is I rarely use the touchscreen so I use the mouse a lot.

Wireless Wonders!
5 Star Review   By 218Base on HP - Feb 10, 2012

Ya gotta love wireless! This wireless keyboard and mouse combo with Link-5 USB is exactly what I needed to reduce the cable clutter in my home office. The keyboard is full size but low profile which I like. The keys have nice action and are quiet; more like a laptop than a desktop keyboard. Similar with the mouse. The buttons have just the right amount of force, they are quiet when they click, and the scroll wheel is smooth with just the right amount of tactile feedback. I plan on buying another one of these combos for my work computer.

Forget the mouse
2 Star Review   By TomB47 on HP - Dec 19, 2011

The keyboard is excellent, the mouse on the other hand is not one of HP's best efforts. Would suggest not getting the combo; go with the keyboard, but find another mouse.

Wireless mouse and keyboard
5 Star Review   By AyJay on HP - Nov 18, 2011

Simple setup, mouse has substantial feel and the keyboard is light with a good angle for typeing. Like the sleep and internet connect keys.

Good keyboard, lousy mouse
2 Star Review   By SoCal on HP - Nov 14, 2011

Nice keyboard, with standard features. It is light, easy to use, has well spaced keys and a classy, space-saving slim profile. Unfortunately it comes with a clunky, loud, hard to click mouse. Because both use the same transceiver, the mouse cannot be upgraded. HP does not offer either part separately.

Poor quality mouse included with this combo
1 Star Review   By gbgb on HP - Oct 15, 2011

After only 3-4 months of normal usage, the mouse wheel was wearing out. After another week, the mouse wheel was non functional. For the cost of this combo unit, the mouse included is sub par. HP support offered no remedy. Very disappointing - should expect higher quality for this price.
