Good Product
4 Star Review

Strengths: Works like it should

Weakness: None found

There is not much that I can say about this product other than it works as expected. The original card that I had was only 8MB so this one allows for many more pictures to be taken.

Strengths: Works well. High quality product. No problems.

Weakness: I'd like a larger storage size, but this isn't a product limitation.

There isn't much to write about a product that does what it's intended to do. I like when things work well and I don't have to worry about my data being lost or incompatibility. This is a fine product at an awesome price (compared to the competition).

4 Star Review   By member Pittam04 - Jan 22, 2004

Strengths: Price/value excellent

Weakness: All SmartMedia cards are so thin I always feel like I could crimp it and make it defective. (It's never happened though.)

The card works well from the minute I slipped it in the camera and formated it. This is my second 128mb card and the size is perfect for an extended trip, since I can get 178 high resolution shots without changing cards. It seems to take pictures just as fast as I can hit the shutter; I just wish the camera didn't have that lag between pushing the button and getting the shot! Highly recommend the SanDisk card and the price I got through PriceGrabber.

Solved the problem of having a flash card allowing too few photos. I would reccomend this product to anyone looking to improve their picture taking abilities. It was plenty big enough to store all my pictures.

5 Star Review   By member misera - Jan 20, 2004

Strengths: Small, easy to use, durable

Weakness: None found

The card was packaged nicely in its container with a sticker to label the card. The outer package was secure, showing the card to be brand new from ebuyer.com. The card reads and records as fast as the digital camera allows it to and stores many photos. The only cards I've had so far were the 16 mb and 32 mb SM memory cards so I wasn't sure what to look for size wise in holding photos, but I'm glad I picked the 128 mb one for its price and capabilities.

Strengths: photo capacity and product quality

This is my second SanDisk Smartmedia card. The first card was a 64MB which gave me about 78 pictures. The new 128MB card gives me 175 high resolution photos on my digital camera. I can't wait to use it on my Vegas trip.

5 Star Review   By member aaronbronow - Jan 11, 2004

Strengths: Compatibility, Reliability, Speed

Weakness: Capacity

The 3.3v SMC's will work with almost any device which supports SmartMedia Cards including those that support 5v cards. Those 5v cards will work with only devices that have support for 5v cards. The capacity of 3.3v SMC's is limited to 128MB. I seem to remember hearing of a 256MB 3.3v SMC but I have not found a way of verifying its existence. As for transfer speeds, SanDisk's official transfer rate is 16MBps. Overall SmartMedia is still a major player in the portable media market. The cards are considerably cheaper than newer technology such as SecureDigital (SD), transfer rates are considerably higher than SD and MultiMediaCard (MMC) which are rated by SanDisk at 2MBps. SmartMedia is still the only format supported by some devices such as GamePark's GP32 handheld video entertainment system, some digital cameras, and a few portable music players. If you want to get maximum usage out of your older devices ugrading to a 128MB 3.3v SMC would be an excellent choice.

Strengths: This is a 128MB card, so I can use only one card to have as many as 178 pitures. It's so great!

Weakness: The pictures in the card seem not very bright to me, I don't know it's because my digital camera or the card itself

I'm very happy to have this card. This is the first time I have digital camera, and the card in the package have only 16MB, which carry less pictures. I realized that I can order for a large card, that's why I have this 128MB Smart Card with the cheap price, comparing to those in store. Thank you for letting us the chance to order on-line :)

Strengths: Quantity of data storage and small size

My purchase of the 128MB SmartMedia card was based on the satisfaction I enjoyed with the 64MB card. I look forward to doubling the number of pictures I can take with my digital camera using the new SanDisk SmartMedia Card. I hope that SanDisk will soon provide a 256MB card.

This is my third SanDisk Smartmedia card. The oldest is now four years old and still working great! The 128MB card gives me 284 high resolution photos on my digital camera and is so small that carrying three of them is no problem. My first card has been all over the world with me and has never failed.

3 Star Review   By member brens47 - Dec 13, 2003

Strengths: I always have had real good luck with smart media memory small and easy to use, can use in different products

If I could afford to buy a bunch of these at one time I would, because I own different electronic items that use these and specially camera's when you are taking pics and as they fill up you just put another one in. Then with a reader you just put them In and start printing. It is so easy and quick. I have several of them but most of them are 64 & 128 mb.
