Cable's Ok, Transfer software doesn't work

I had a 32-bit XP system and bought a new 32-bit Vista system. The transfer cable sounded like a good idea. Not worth the money

The migration cable did not work at all. Old computer (same brand) did not recognize it. I would not waste the money. Still had to do everything individually.

I found this item to be totally worthless. I couldn't make heads or tales of it and ended up just coping things to a CD and transfering it that way. All in all it was a waste of money.

Vital Information

It didn't work for me at all. I later read a review that states the cable doesn't work for 64 bit systems. Which is what my new computer is. That vital bit of information would have spared me time and money.
