Nice solid no frills head
5 Star Review   By G Ringgold on Adorama - Nov 12, 2013

love this much more than most ball heads, solid and sturdy and excellent for taking video with DSLR type cameras as well as photos with long zooms. Claims to handle 5+ pounds which it does with no issues, and can handle more with long zooms with lens collars that do a better job of balancing.

Big help
4 Star Review   By jwright on Adorama - Jul 23, 2013

I found myself frustrated with my monopod in that I couldn't easily angle my camera. This mount solved that issue. Easily attached to my monopod and camera, it provides a secure mount for my lens and camera along with the ability to angle for the shot. Initially, I had to practice lining the mount to the quick release that attaches to either the camera or lens. Now, quite easy to do.

Great monopod head
5 Star Review   By Dan on Adorama - Sep 5, 2007

Great monopod head. It's very easy to use, the RC2 plate works great and attached firmly and you can easily shoot high or low objects from a monopod by easily tilting the lens upward or downward. Well worth the low price.

Bogen comes through with another quality

Great monopod head. I much prefer this to a tripod ring on my 100mm macro lens. It is quick to set up and use, and even faster to pop your camera off and take whatever shots you see. Very powerful clamp, the extra lock adds some security for me. Head has

Excellent monopod head.
4 Star Review   By Harrison on Adorama - Jul 10, 2007

This head does what it's supposed to and does it well. For the price, it's a bargain. I've wedged my monopod between some rocks and had the camera hanging out there aimed just where I wanted it without a worry. This is not a lightweight head though. If yo

I am happy with the Swivel Tilt Monopod Head, except for a quality control issue (the handle to fasten camera is not attached properly, it took me a while to place it back).

Very happy with the quality while mounted on my Manfrotto monopod. I welcome the feature of the quick release while using the monopod.

Perfect fit and tension for my monopod.
5 Star Review   By shall002 on Adorama - Mar 26, 2007

Works great with my Canon Digital SLR. It has the rugged feel and required tension for quick setups. The quick release is ideal for on the fly portraits that need longer exposures.

Great product--and a bargain!
5 Star Review   By mcat on Adorama - Feb 12, 2007

I use this frequently with my Canon 400/f5.6L lens + 1.4 extender on a monopod when out hiking and doing bird photography. Allows quick and easy adjustment. I tried using my ballhead but this is so much better.

Great product
4 Star Review   By Brent on Adorama - Feb 12, 2007

Great product. But having used it for a while now, if I had it to do over, I think I would go with a ball mount that would give me total motion range.
