Strengths: Video with sound, Cost, Great Pictures, Multiple settings
Weakness: No light in video mode but still is good.
I love this Camera. Nice compact camera that does alot. You'll want to use very strong rechargeable 2300mh and have extra 128mb scandisk. I can take 102 high quality pics on 1 disk. Also one 128mb disk can hold 4 min. of video taken at 30sec lenghts. This camera with the HP 7960 Photosmart printer and you become a professional photographer.

Strengths: Low price. Easy to use. Photos can be set up while in the camera to print automatically when connected to compatible printers.
Weakness: Poor manufacturing quality. Sometimes lens is slow.

My 35 mm camera was stolen on a business trip last month. I'm a novice at photography and was looking for something easy to use. My husband saw this one on the internet at BUYDIG.com for $138 and it was rated very highly so we decided to try digital. When we received the camera only the top part of the LCD would work, and we kept getting errors indicating that the memory card needed to be formatted (even though there was no memory card in the camera). HP replaced the camera, but the second one would not even power on. The third one seems to be working, but who knows for how long. The camera was made in China; possibly quality control isn't what it should be. If it continues to work, you can't beat the price, and it's very simple for a beginner to use, but three cameras in 2 weeks isn't very encouraging.

Strengths: picture quality, value, ease of use, features
for $150 delivered, a great camera. 3 megapixels, plenty of features and a real feeling of quality. bough rechargeable batteries, and now that I know how to manage battery life, am getting good use length. good picture quality, though I haven't compared it directly with another camera. would recommend it to anyone looking for an everyday camera under 200$. uses SD format memory card.

This has been one of the best buys...
Strengths: Incredible photo quality for a 'cheaper' digital camera. Takes a pounding outdoors and never flinches. Handles direct sunlight and indoors very well. Automatic focus/adjustments are great. Good zoom.
Weakness: Skies can wash out some times. Several contral buttons take a bit of getting used to but not unmanagable. Must make adjustment for taking closeups that do not match view through eyepiece. Slow shutter
This has been one of the best buys that I have ever made for the money. I have taken thousands of pictures with this camera and love it. Many photographers/artists compliment my outdoor photos under a wide range of conditions. And my indoor museum pictures with natural lighting are very clear. Two of my outdoor pictures have been selected for photography contests. If you added greater optical...

Two of my outdoor pictures have been selected for photography contests.
If you added greater optical zoom, faster shutter and manual controls, this would be unbeatable at any price! Definitely a great camera for the first time/novice buyer who wants quality pictures.
