Fast lens, sharp focus

I recently switched from Nikon to Canon and I bought this lens to replace my Nikkor 80-200 f/2.8. Big Glass

This is a fine glass lens, a lot of glass. The lens is far too heavy to use without high shutter 500+ or tripod. This makes the lens useful and and very good when you know what you will shoot and can take time to set up for it. I found it to be a bit soft at 2.8, But it may haven been the lens I used. Absolutely Fantastic

I am in love with this lens. I shoot a lot of sports and action and this lens really gets the job done. I love everything about it except one thing, the weight. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a bette lens. Worth every penny.
