CONSTANTLY UNEVEN-STOPS CYCLE, TEARS CLOTHES
Tears Clothes, becomes uneven more than any other washer in the history of mankind...

twisted into knots
It's fun to watch the clothes flip around. However, it's not fun to untwist or try to shake out the wrinkles on the way to the dryer. High end price with poor results. It does clean & has worked fine since the front panel was replaced under warrantee. My wife is tired of wrinkled clothes and extra ironing.

Whirlpool Cabrio Washer a Waste of Money
Weakness: All internal parts Plastic!!
The clothes always end up tied up. Spin dry is loud. The drum is splashing and leaking water. Several parts have been replaced. Now squealing again. I am fed up with repairs. I expected more from Whirlpool and the fact that this washer is so expensive. I have had this washer for 5 years but the problems with the clothes all tied up was immediate. The repairs started within 2 yrs.

My wife and I love our new washer. We waited months for it to go on sale, and as soon as we saw a sale, we jumped on it and bought the washer and dryer. It is very quiet, clothes come out smelling clean, and has so many features compared to our old washer. Would definitelly recommend!

This isn't like the old washers, very different technology. It seems many find it hard to get over the fact that the water level doesn't cover the clothes. Does a great job of washing however and the loading capacity has helped cut our laundry in half. Love it so far.
