Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this Duet washer and dryer and am very pleased with the quiet operation, quality materials, installation service, and Home Depot extended warranty. The cost of all of this was very competitive.

Just can't take the constant fight against the mold

Whatever savings of time and money there is in having this type of washer is eaten away by the time and effort and extra purchases of speciall Affresh tablets you will need to buy to keep mold at bay. Whirlpool customer service is cold,...

Needs a pedestal

Washing machine works well but doesn't come with a pedestal which isn't stated on the web site.

Bearings wore out after 4 years

I loved this washer for the four years that it work, but we've now had to junk it and buy a new one. I agree with those who note that you have to leave the door cracked so that mildew doesn't develop, but otherwise, it worked well until the bearings failed. A major appliance should last longer than 4 years!
