Excellent Cleaning with Energy Efficiency & Huge Capacity
I decided NOT to buy another front loader washer after my previous experience with a poor system. This washer has a new technology that really cleans well while using smaller amounts of water. I enjoy the many cycles and the capacity is enormous. It easily can hold a king sized comforter. This is very helpful for allergen suppression with frequent washings

Love my washer!
I've had my washer (& matching dryer) for almost one month and absolutely love it! I am able to get 3x more loads with this washer. I am amazed at how many clothes I can wash at one time. Great purchase!

I bought this machine specifically because of the load size. I have a big family and I have lots of sheets, blankets and bedspreads to wash. Every single time I wash blankets or more than one load of sheets (heaven forbid I try to wash a bedspread) the machine goes off balance. I load the machine carefully and try to make it balanced but that does no good when the machine moves everything around...

I bought this machine specifically because of the load size. I have a big family and I have lots of sheets, blankets and bedspreads to wash. Every single time I wash blankets or more than one load of sheets (heaven forbid I try to wash a bedspread) the machine goes off balance. I load the machine carefully and try to make it balanced but that does no good when the machine moves everything around during the wash cycles. When it took three hours to get one load of sheets washed I called LG and had to argue my case for thirty minutes to get someone out here to check the machine. When he arrived the tech told me my machine was fine but he recommended I not wash blankets and bedspreads in the machine!!!! Everything else is fine even towels; go figure. Just be warned that you will spend a lot of time fighting the machine to get sheets and blankets washed in a reasonable amount of time.

I love it.
Easy to use, determine what you are washing and put it in the machine, add the detergent, etc. and hit start. The machine self balances the load and tells you how long before it will be done. For you "Star Trek" fans, don't climb into the tub with a red shirt on the spin cycle, its a doozy. This helps with the drying, the clothes are barely damp, so the dryer finishes quickly.

Don't expect to wash anything that can't go into the dryer. Clothes come out so wrinkled that I can't lay them flat or hang them to dry, I'm getting rid of this expensive monster before I ruin all my clothes.
