Love steam cleaning!

This is the first time i used a steam cleaner and it was great. I use it on tile floors in the kitchen, den and livingroom. I use it more in the kitchen and it works great. It is fast and efficient. I wasn't sure what to expect from it but after it drys the floors are nice and clean. I do agree with other reviews about the water container being bigger. Happy with it

I like how this has reuseable pads that you just throw into the washer and air dry. I also like how is plugs in instead of using batteries I feel like it would could through batteries fast. I do think that water holder should be larger. I have to refill it at least once doing my kitchen. It doesn't get the harder stuff off the floor the first time. Worth the Money

This is our second Shark Steam Mop. The first one served for several years and did a fine job even though the life may have been relatively short. However, for the price I will continue to renew it every three years and be satisfied because of the terrific job it does on our tile floor.

not what I had hoped

Worked OK- the cloth is rather thick, so the steam doesn't come through as well as I would hope. Then, after only 3 uses, stopped completely. Will not make steam. Also, I was leary of using something that collects all the dirt like a "swifer" This is the same principle, even when it worked, didn't make me feel comfortable moving a dirty cloth over the floor. Regular mop for me!

It's OK...Too gentle for me.

I have had this mop for over 2 years now: + It's ready to go as soon as you plug it in (like 10 sec), but... - the mop itself is not very sturdy. When applying some pressure on it (on some stuck-on dirt areas), it starts to squeak and feels like it's about to break. - It does not clean grout at all. - It can leave the floor too wet, on account that you have to pump the mop for steam and that can...
