Weakness: everything

waste of time. save yourself the money and buy the hoover. i had one of these for awhile. it was ok for the first 5 uses then it started to break. first the brush drive pulley on the pump broke, repaced that and it never worked the same again. then the hose broke. the clear panel that acts as a channel for the vacume is poorly designed. light contact with a base board breaks it. for me this happened twice. the pump never put out very much water through the spayers. many things come to mind that could spray more that it could. the contruction of this machine is also very flimsy. i had it apart several times and my conclusion was that it was a piece of junk. save the money and buy a hoover.

ProHeat Pro-Tech Bissel
2 Star Review   By member medilase - May 30, 2006

Strengths: easy to use

Weakness: not any except comments

not durable. Pumping mechanism failed and water stopped spraying. Other than that, the machine works as advertised although at a cost of a couple of hundred dollars and lasting 2 years, it may be a better option to rent. I believe it may be cheaper in the long run
