Strengths: The best thing is it heats the water.

Weakness: The hand held part don't suck. The floor part sucks not good. The beater bar rotates all loosly. The only other part is that it is a nice looking machine. When the tool is on the flap is bad.

I have lots of bissell machines and the one I love is the model powerforce That machine sucks the dust off the base boards. The only thing is I have just about wore out the beater bar the brush has very little left. And the electric cord gets really hot and brittle. I put electric tape over it so I didn't get burned. I never leave it plugged in.IF IT WORK LIKE MY POWERFORCE I WOULD BE SO...
