Stopped working after 2 years

Top heating elements stopped working after 2 years of daily use. I can't find repair parts online. For $249 I would have expected 5 years of use minimum.

Early good results

We have not used it very long but so far, so good. It does make better toast than our previous oven which was a Black & Decker and the pizza comes out great. We have not tested it's ability to bake cookies or pies or cook meats yet.

The stainless steel is easy to keep clean while the crumb trap slides out without a mess. It isn't cheap but it practically replaces our oven for small and medium size baking and broiling. The settings and controls are intuitive and really has no learning curve. It is, by far, the best product of this category on the current market.

It does take a lot of power on some settings (1800w max) but beats having to fire up the stove every time. It does great with toast and bagels. It also does a really good job and baking a variety of items. All in all it is a great unit and I am very...
