This grill is what I always wanted. I owned the Silver A which is Weber's entry model. Loved every bit of it. I left it at my parents house when I moved out. I wanted another Weber because it cooks really well. I needed a side burner because I don't want the cooking smell inside my house. This grill is perfect for me.
The SP-320 has 3 grill burners. The temperature reaches 500 degrees within a matter of minutes. The stainless steel cooking grates is better at searing meat than the porcelain enamel ones. This is pretty awesome. I was really satisfied with this feature.
I put a 5 quart pot on the side burner and the grill is strong and well built. There was no worries of tipping over and falling apart. The propane tank on the other side acts as a counter-balance. As stated, I don't want my house to smell like food so the side burner has been used a few times this week.
The only suggestion to the Weber design team would be to make more table space. I noticed they had it on previous year's models.
I highly recommend this grill for its price, $549, and functionality. I don't think there is a better grill out there in this category.
