Between the outer wall and inner wall of this versatile cooker is a fully enclosed, specially designed propane burner. The heated inner wall radiates natural infrared heat that penetrates food evenly and seals the juices inside. The hot air that is generated escapes out of the top of the cooking chamber before it has a chance to dry out the food. The result is meat that stays moist and tender. The Smoker, Roaster & Grill can easily serve as the only cooker in the backyard.

Big Easy Use it to believe it.
I have owned a lot of grills, and the big easy smoker, roaster grill is the absolute best grill I have ever owned. I haven't used the smoker yet but plan to soon. I have found that it uses less gas and cooks more evenly.

Best cooker I have ever bought
Better than a deep fryer for turkey, works great as a grill and does a fantastic job as a roaster.

This product is well designed
Just got it 2 weeks ago and it has been raining most days. But grilled some steaks and pork chops and the results were excellent. The meat came out done but still moist. My older grill tended to dry out the meats.

I tried the smoking feature first. It worked great! The only drawback was the ferocious wind we had that day. So, into the garage the "smoker" went. It also did a very good job of "smoking" the house!

easy to use, light and set up
As good, if not better than oil frying. There is less mess, less clean up, it does not need constant monitoring and no oil to filter and store. I have not used smoker feature for this reveiw.
