Love it!
5 Star Review   By Jwbulldogs on Home Depot - Apr 30, 2013

We love using this popcorn popper. I'm a big popcorn lover. But the rest of my family eat it occasionally. But since we've gotten this popper they are eating up all of my popcorn. They say it taste better and there are less hulls using this popper ove other poppers that we have had in the past.

cool popcorn machine!
5 Star Review   By lovebug on Home Depot - Feb 12, 2013

I bought this for my son & he loves it. My only complaint is how hard the machine is to clean. Other than that works great!

Horrible product do NOT waste your money
1 Star Review   By EllieNOTHAPPYWITPRODucT on Home Depot - Dec 10, 2012

I order this product for my son's 7th bday circus theme party. We had rented a cotton candy & snow Cone machine & this pop corn machine was going to go great with the theme. The night before I took it out of the box to get familiar with the machine. My husband & I read the instructions,we heated it up, put the oil, corn seeds and all of a sudden we hear a awful sound like a struggling, forcing sound. It sounded like a seed was stuck not letting it spin in the middle. So I grabbed the handle trying to shake the can gently so it could start spinning and nothing happened. The can was just getting hotter and you could see the smoke getting darker so i grabbed the handle & started shaking it up & down which you can't really can't do much since the hole is so little for the handle to fit then it started spinning and the corn started popping. At this point I was so mad I had spent so much money on the product and some pop corn was already burnt. So I decided to give it another try. I re-read the instruction thinking I did it wrong. But no, I did everything exactly the same. and It happened again. It wasn't spinning, it had the same sound,I grabbed the handle and moved it to dump the corn out and the metal that attaches to the can and handle (which is "welded") comes off. I gave up. The next day I went to Smart & final and bought a big bag of Pop corn and had to use their popcorn. I wanted to have fresh popcorn for my son's bday party and because of this machine I couldn't . I'm very unsatisfied with this popcorn maker. I really want my money back . Oh and another thing it was also missing one of the rubber caps that goes on the foot.

Overall product was worth it.
4 Star Review   By JCFreak on Home Depot - Sep 25, 2012

The only thing the unit doesn't have, would be a heater to keep the popcorn warm in the unit.

popcorn maker
2 Star Review   By opticqueen on Home Depot - Jul 8, 2009

I will start with the positive-popcorn is fresh and crisp. My positive ends there. The maker showed up, I unpacked, and the ketttle was loose, so it scratched up the display door. One of the lids on kettle was bent, but easy to fix. I have used several times, wanted to use for fundraising for our corporate charity. Tonight, after preheating for 5 minutes, at 6:31 I started popping, no lag time between batches. At 7:45, I was done with only 3 batches, each batch taking longer than the one before it. I have almost 1/4 cup worth of unpopped kernals, out of 3/4 used. Would have been nice if they had added recipes for kettle corn, etc. LOVE popcorn, disappointed in product.

popcorn maker
5 Star Review   By franel on Home Depot - Jan 18, 2007

popcorn maker worked as well as pictured. bought it for my wife for christmas. she is a special ed assist. and makes popcorn on fridays and sell it for fund raiser, the way she was making the popcorn was the old fashioned way pot, cover and olive oil. and it used to get hectic. now that she has the popcorn maker it is easier to make popcorn. a little advice, use olive oil no other oil will do. the machine is very easy to clean and store. would io recommend this item? the answer is yes. franel
