great while it lasted
This microwave was wonderful during the warranty period, but just as the other reviewers have mentioned, the SE error began for us and now that beautiful microwave just sits there unplugged because when it is plugged in it randomly beeps without stopping. It isn't even useful as a clock. We are already in the market for a new microwave and I will definitely not be looking for another Samsung.

Works at first, but then the SE errors start
We purchased in late 2010 and were happy. In early 2012 started to see SE errors. We performed the fix as described in large number of web sites (this is a very common problem with Samsung) and it worked for 2 months, now problem is back. Samsung does not see this as a design flaw and will do nothing to help. This product is NOT a good buy.

After 15 months, the unit decided to turn itself off and display SE which i found meant Short Error. Samsung couldn't help so I hired a microwave fixer to take a look. He said it would cost more to fix it than buy a new one. Boo!!

Great Microwave; Tons of Features
This microwave is very large inside and yet is not so tall that it dips below my cabinet line over my stove. There are a ton of cooking options and it's very easy to cook at reduced power...very user friendly. There's even a melt butter option which is awesome when you bake a lot. A great value and it looks great, too.

this is not the most expensive or the biggest but it is a great microwave. it has nice features and looks fantastic.the 4 speeds on the fan were a selling point with me as many other models only had 3 speed levels.
