DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE. IT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY FROM THE TIME I TOOK IT OUT THE BOX BRAND NEW.

This microwave never worked properly from the time it was taken out of the box. The interior light doesn't come on while the food is cooking; the numbers don't respond when pushed to set the cook time. Panasonic has the worst customer service I've ever experienced so no relief there. Panasonic informed me that I had to take the microwave to the repair center which has a 2 week backlog. The next...

Terrific replacement for our 20-something-year-old microwave.

Our old microwave finally gave out, and after much research, we decided on this model to replace it. Great microwave

The microwave looks great with the stainless steel and reheats and defrosts food so fast. As others have noted about this microwave, the clock display cannot be viewed at an angle; you have to look at it straight on. Also, the interior light is very dim so looking through the glass to check on your food is difficult. These are minor issues to me so I would definitely still recommend.

Wouldn't reccomend buying

Strengths: Large capacity

Weakness: broke down within 2 years

I feel that a microwave should at least last 5 years but this one broke down after I put in the minutes that I wanted to use. It did some electrical buzzing and then the microwave would only work for a few seconds. Now it goes the seconds but does not warm anything. I will look for another microwave.
