Very bad quality

Bad filter. So sorry I purchased the unit. The green light is supposed to change to red when it is time to change your filter, it did once. I had to keep record when to change it now because the light is faulty (very bad quality). You don't really know when the water is safe or not to drink/cook. Would NOT recommend! Will purchase another brand.

Brita pulling out of canada

I think it's a disgrace that Brita has decided to pull their production out of Canada....As I understand they are relocating production in Japan or China...Cheap labor, is that the priority for you product, you will be putting a lot of Canadians out of work, this is the thanks they get for working so hard on your product....I for one will no longer use or praise your products, to anyone.
