This product has a drawback

This seems an excellent product overall, but the silverware rack is a very poor design - comes apart easily spilling silverware and difficult to fill.

make sure you buy a power cord

We bought this dishwasher and when we were finally ready to get it all hooked up we realized there was no power cord with it. I still have no idea how it works because we had to go onto amazon to order the cord an we are still waiting for it. You would think for as much as you spend it would be included.

Very quiet and cleans like a charm

I finally replaced my old, nonfunctional Whirlpool dishwasher and I'm glad I did. The new unit churns quietly and with the use of the suggested Rinse Aid my glasses and dishes are spotless. I definitely like having the choice of using the one hour wash as well as the overnight option. Because I'm used to having the utensils rack by the door, that feature did not bother me. Has several options

We're pretty pleased with this dishwasher. It is very roomy inside and can fit quite a bit more than my previous dishwasher. It does sound different than my old one but, overall, is fairly quiet. Looks really nice as well.

Lots of space - miss older model "shelf basket" for small things

See my photo - you'll see how I use the "new" basket - not for utensils! I kept my old basket for utensils! Using the eco wash setting, the cycle is not any longer than our old machine. But it is much quieter - not silent, which is fine; it's plenty quiet for our kitchen which is open to the dining room.
