Terrible. Brand new and two of five burners are not working
I've had it 2 weeks, The back left burner is not lighting at all, just smell gas when we try to light it and the back right burner flame does not go to full flame, its half the size of the other 3 working burners. There appears to be a lock on the oven door but reading the directions we can't find any manual way to lock it - we have small children - where is the locking mechanism switch?

I've had this range for a year now and I'm very pleased with it. The 5 burners is great. The 5th burner is perfect for pancakes. The burners cool down quickly. The oven is big and cooks the food evenly. You won't be disappointed.

We could not be happier with the stove. The installers were right on time, installed the stove quickly and professionally. The stove itself is a wonder. Not sure what took us this long to switch to a convection oven.

cheap defective knobs!!
We bought a brand new home which has a GE Adora range. The unit itself works great, but GE put EXTREMELY CHEAP PLASTIC KNOBS on it that bubble and distort after a period of use from the heat of the oven. I called customer service and after about 20 reps finally got put through to someone higher up. She apologized, but said it was out of warranty. (before we even bought the house!) She sent a one...

(before we even bought the house!) She sent a one time replacement set of knobs. I have been very careful to remove all knobs (what a pain) every time the broiler or self cleaning feature is used. In spite of this the knobs are plastic and so cheap that they are again bubbling and distorting in shape. There are no compatible metal knobs that can be used as replacements. To replace with the same cheap plastic knobs is over a hundred dollars!!! What is with GE putting out a good stainless steel product with flimsy painted plastic control knobs!!! After this experience I will NEVER buy a GE product again. Lousy design, lousy service!!!!!!!!
