Terrible. Brand new and two of five burners are not working

I've had it 2 weeks, The back left burner is not lighting at all, just smell gas when we try to light it and the back right burner flame does not go to full flame, its half the size of the other 3 working burners. There appears to be a lock on the oven door but reading the directions we can't find any manual way to lock it - we have small children - where is the locking mechanism switch?

Great Product

I've had this range for a year now and I'm very pleased with it. The 5 burners is great. The 5th burner is perfect for pancakes. The burners cool down quickly. The oven is big and cooks the food evenly. You won't be disappointed.

I called customer service and after about 20 reps finally got put through to someone higher up. She apologized, but said it was out of warranty. (before we even bought the house!) She sent a one...
